ALUMINUM TILT AND TURN WINDOWS ARE AVAILABLE IN

  • so-called "cold" systems (no thermal barrier), usually used inside a building or as external joinery, usually in warm climate zones
  • so-called "warm" systems (with a thermal barrier), for 50 mm frames
  • systems with improved thermal performance with more than a 70 mm thick frame where generally, triple-pane windows are used to obtain the U value of 1.0 W/m2K

PROFILE ALUMINIOWE

profil aluminiowy okno
MB 70 is a modern aluminum system, used for demanding thermal and acoustic insulation, e.g. windows, doors, vestibules, shop-windows. Structural depth is 70 mm (frame). The MB 70 system has a very low heat transfer coefficient, thanks to the use of special thermal inserts and gaskets. The Uf value for the MB 70 system is from 1.5 to 2.39 W/m2K. Color coatings are made using powder coating or an anodic oxidation process. The MB 70 system the base of solutions with enhanced thermal insulation: MB 70 HI.

MB 70 HI is a window-door system design with a thermal barrier. It is founded on the proven base system MB 70. The thermal insulation of the frames of these systems is much greater than MB 70. For the design of the MB 70HI system, the Uf value ranges from 1.11 to 2.3 W/m2K. The increase of thermal insulation is achieved by placing special insulation inserts which are formed by connecting thermal dividers in the aluminum profiles in the central insulating chamber. These inserts reduce the heat flow through the chamber. The centric location of inserts also reduce convection and thermal radiation. Windows and doors in the MB 70HI system, as in the case of the base system, can be used both in individual buildings as well as aluminum façades.
